Job Description

OVERVIEW
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS platform helping organisations manage lease accounting compliance under IFRS 16, FRS 102, ASC 842 and AASB 16. The business works with finance teams, accounting firms and enterprise organisations globally, helping them automate complex lease accounting processes through its product. As the company continues to scale internationally, they are seeking a commercially minded Senior Digital Marketer who can own and drive the entire marketing function, with a strong focus on digital demand generation, pipeline growth, and measurable ROI.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, with a primary focus on generating qualified pipeline through digital channels. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. The successful candidate will own the full marketing lifecycle, including campaign planning, content creation, advertising, reporting, SEO, webinars, partnerships, conferences, and marketing automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The day-to-day functions include:
1. Own and manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
2. Develop and optimise campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline growth.
3. Continuously improve conversion rates across ads, landing pages, and forms.
4. Manage campaign budgets and optimise cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and ROI.
5. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
6. Own and drive the company's SEO strategy, including technical SEO and AI-search optimisation.
7. Manage website content updates, landing pages, and initiatives to improve organic traffic and conversions. 8. Create and manage content calendars and coordinate blogs, case studies, customer success stories, email campaigns, video content and social media content.
9. Leverage AI tools to improve content production efficiency.
10. Own HubSpot as the central marketing platform and develop segmentation strategies.
11. Improve lead nurturing and conversion throughout the marketing funnel.
12. Manage relationships with marketing partners, publishers, accounting bodies, and industry platforms.
13. Coordinate sponsored articles, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, advertising placements, and content partnerships.
14. Support the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, trade shows, and virtual events.
15. Develop and update brochures, pitch decks, product sheets, customer presentations, and sales enablement materials.
16. Track and report on marketing metrics and create monthly performance reports.
17. Run A/B testing across campaigns, emails, content, and landing pages.
18. Work directly with the founders to shape marketing strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Essential:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing.
• Proven experience generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google, Microsoft (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong SEO knowledge, including technical and content SEO and AI-search optimisation.
• Extensive HubSpot experience.
• Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong content marketing experience.
• Experience managing webinars, digital partnerships, and external marketing providers.
• Experience reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
• Exceptional written English and content creation abilities.
Advantageous:
• Experience within fintech, regtech, accounting software, or financial SaaS environments.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, campaign optimisation, and workflow automation.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate will:
• Increase inbound demo bookings.
• Improve organic search visibility across key target markets.
• Build a scalable content and thought leadership engine.
• Establish a repeatable webinar and partner marketing programme.
• Improve marketing attribution and reporting.
• Increase qualified pipeline generated through marketing.
• Demonstrate measurable ROI across all major marketing initiatives.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are looking for someone who combines the analytical mindset of a performance marketer with the creativity of a content marketer. The successful candidate should be equally comfortable analysing campaign ROI, building HubSpot workflows, briefing case studies, optimising Google Ads campaigns, and launching thought leadership webinars. Most importantly, the successful candidate must be passionate about generating measurable business results rather than simply delivering marketing activity.
