Role Overview

As a Flexi Store Assistant, your goal is to provide an outstanding shopping experience. You will support our sales team, manage stock efficiently, and ensure all cash transactions are handled with care to uphold our brand’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a premium shopping experience by sharing expert product knowledge with customers.
• Build strong, lasting relationships through personalized service.
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude that reflects our luxury brand standards.

• Handle cash desk duties efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurate and balance perfectly.
• Follow daily banking and cash control procedures precisely.
• Manage manual transactions accurately when necessary.

• Manage daily stock procedures to keep the store running smoothly.
• Help fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Perform weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom organized.
• Conduct "shoe pairing" exercises to maintain stock integrity.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (fashion or luxury retail experience is a plus).
• Passion: A genuine interest in high-end fashion, footwear, and helping customers.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and during busy trading hours.
