The Role

As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a premium shopping experience. You will support sales, maintain our brand reputation, and ensure the store runs smoothly through careful stock and cash management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales

• Provide a high-end shopping experience with professional and friendly service.
• Build strong relationships with customers through expert product knowledge.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Stock Management

• Handle daily stock procedures and keep the storeroom organized.
• Conduct weekly stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Perform "shoe pairing" exercises to maintain stock integrity.
• Assist with customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled on time.

Cash Control

• Manage cash desk duties efficiently with a focus on accuracy.
• Follow daily banking and cash control processes.
• Handle manual transactions correctly when necessary.

Requirements

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage).
• Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours.
• Passion: A genuine interest in high-end fashion and footwear.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A team player who works well with others.
• Excellent communication skills to engage naturally with customers.
