Flexi Store Assistant – Spitz (Springs Mall, Gauteng)

The Role

As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding shopping experience. You will support our sales team, manage stock, and ensure all cash transactions are handled accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Control and Accuracy

• Handle cash desk duties efficiently and ensure all totals match at the end of the day.
• Follow daily banking and cash control procedures with precision.
• Process manual transactions accurately when necessary.

Stock Management

• Perform daily stock procedures to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist with customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled on time.
• Participate in weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom organized.
• Maintain stock integrity through regular shoe-pairing exercises.

Customer Service and Sales

• Offer a premium shopping experience by sharing expert product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service.
• Maintain the brand’s luxury standards through professional behavior and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (fashion or luxury retail experience is a plus).
• Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and during busy trading hours.
• Passion: A genuine interest in high-end fashion, footwear, and helping customers.

• Good numerical skills for handling money and transactions.
• The ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high brand standards.
