Location: Tzaneen, Limpopo

We pride ourselves on offering an inviting shopping environment and excellent service. We are currently looking for a professional and energetic Flexi Store Assistant to join our team in Tzaneen.

Your Role

As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will help provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your role involves supporting sales, managing stock, and handling cash transactions while upholding our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales

• Provide a premium shopping experience by sharing expert product knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service.
• Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude that reflects our luxury brand.

Stock Management

• Manage daily stock procedures to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Organize the storeroom and perform weekly stock counts.
• Assist with customer orders and ensure they are fulfilled on time.
• Perform "shoe pairing" exercises to ensure stock integrity.

Cash Control

• Handle cash desk duties efficiently and accurately.
• Follow daily banking and cash control processes to ensure there are no errors.
• Process manual transactions accurately when necessary.

Requirements

• Education: Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (fashion or luxury retail experience is a plus).
• Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours.
• Passion: A genuine interest in high-end fashion and footwear.

• Strong ability to work with numbers and handle money accurately.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high brand standards.
• A team player who works well with others.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers easily.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
