Purpose Statement
To lead a team of Finance Business Partners, prioritising and overseeing commercial guidance to ensure alignment of operational drivers, business strategy and financial performance within business portfolios. This role enables accurate and effective financial management and decision making.
Key Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in financial accounting or finance partnering.
- At least 2 years leading or managing finance knowledge workers, coordinating and prioritising work to achieve plans and objectives.
- Experience in an environment that requires validating work.
- Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Responsibility for delivering results in a high‑performing, continuously developing environment.
Qualifications - Minimum: Honours Degree in Accounting – Financial Accounting or Commerce.
- Preferred: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
