Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are currently seeking an Admin Clerk/Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Rola Stellantis. Salary structure:

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective Reception/switchboard services
  • Receipting of parts and workshop payments
  • Capture Creditor Invoices and allocate payments
  • Creditor recons
  • Petty cash handling
  • General departmental administrative support

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent 
  • Previous Motor Industry experience advantageous
  • Basic Computer skills (Office / Excel and Financial admin system)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail, exceptional administrative abilities
  • Previous experience operating a switchboard
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
  • Strong numerical ability and financial interest
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Clear criminal record
