Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • To assist the line function and retail stores in minimizing company losses by conducting audits and facilitating the stock-taking process. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Auditing and calculation of Stock Takes

  • Health and Safety Audits

  • Administration

  • Policy Efficiencies

  • Loss Control

  • People Management

  • Customer Service

  • Manage a low cost business according to the company's low cost culture

Requirements

 

 

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Grade 12 / Equivalent

  • Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage.

  • 2-5 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership/managerial role.

  • Computer Literate. (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite)

  • Valid Code 8 Manual Drivers License - availability for extensive travel and work away from home.
