- Matric / Grade 12 preferred
- Minimum 2+ years’ retail experience, with at least 1 year in a key-holder/supervisory capacity/role
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems (POS)
- Strong understanding of cash handling, stock management, and retail administration
- Good working knowledge of retail policies, procedures, and compliance
- Proven experience managing customer service, staff, stock, and sales
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
